At Waves Studios®, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  2. Return Process

    • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Refunds

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

    • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations where an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

  3. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@wavesstudios.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
